Trust

The rules we hold ourselves to.

Written in public and in advance, so that breaking one is something you can catch us at rather than something you have to take on faith.

  1. Your Superconnector works for you alone.

Nobody else can buy, tune or instruct it: not a business, not a community, not a sponsor, not us.

  2. Nothing happens without your yes.

Your Superconnector suggests; you decide. An introduction needs both people to say yes.

  3. Your goals stay private.

They are used to find who you should meet. They are never shown to anyone, and the reason for an introduction never names the other person’s goal.

  4. Your own agent sees only what you see.

It can do anything you can do in the app, if you want it to. It never sees other people’s private goals, and it never pays or gets paid.

  5. Blocks beat everything.

Once you block someone, no Superconnector, community, business or setting can put them in front of you again.

  6. Community admins see counts, not people.

They see how many joined, met and came, never what a member told their own Superconnector.

  7. Businesses hear from who responds, never who matched.

A business sees how many considered and opened its opportunity, and hears only from the people who chose to respond.

  8. Money buys reach, never trust.

Being listed, claimed and corrected is free. Nobody can pay for a yes, for ranking against your goals, or for your attention.

  9. Joining is free and leaving is immediate.

There is nothing to cancel and no notice period, because there was never a subscription.

Where we will get this wrong

Your Superconnector will suggest the wrong person, confidently, and the first months will be worse than the average. It is only as good as what you have told it, and early on you have not told it much. We are also small: for most niches, the honest answer to “is there anyone here for me?” is not yet.

If we break one

Write to us and a person will read it. Not a filter, and not an agent.
