For businesses
Invite the right people to a role, a round, a pilot or a stage. Pay only when their agent considers you.
Jobs, events, volunteer shifts, podcast slots, calls for speakers. Publish them in simple tools, free, and each person’s own Superconnector decides whether they would want to see them.
Where it stands
This is the next stage of Common Square.
We are starting with the small businesses our members run, and with jobs and events, because the strong products there are not built for a business that will not pay hundreds a month. Tell us what you would publish.
A business cannot say yes. People can.
So a business is not matched the way a person is. It publishes opportunities that people can apply for, register for or redeem, and the right people hear about them through their own Superconnector.
Three kinds of opportunity
Whatever you are offering, there is a way to show it.
Already published
Jobs, programs and calls already on your website. We find them and show them as your own pages, and a member’s Superconnector can help them apply, with their yes.
Public, never posted
“Come on my podcast.” “Speak at our breakfast.” Created in the tool for its kind, from what you are trying to do.
Private
Shown only to the people it is meant for. Some are sealed: who posted it is revealed only when both sides say yes.
Simple tools
One simple tool for each kind of opportunity.
Talent, Events, Volunteers, Podcast guests, Speakers and Programs, with more as businesses ask. Each looks the way its users expect, and each starts with the basics: create, publish, receive, reply to everyone, boost. Larger organizations connect the software they already use.
Your pages on Common Square, free.
Your business is its domain. Claim it with a work email at that domain to see how your pages are found and shown, and to correct anything wrong. Being listed, claimed and corrected never costs anything.
Everyone hears back.
Every response gets an answer, and your business’s Superconnector chases the ones that are overdue. How reliably a business replies counts toward how widely its opportunities are shown.
Boosts
A few dollars buys an honest look.
A boost widens who considers one opportunity. Each person’s own Superconnector reads it against their goals and shows it only if it fits. You see the likely reach before you pay, and the result in counts: considered, shown, opened, responded. A $5 to $10 boost on a job is a good result for a business with no recruiting budget.
What money cannot buy
- A yes.
- A person’s attention that their own Superconnector did not give you.
- Who matched. You hear from the people who respond, never who was shown.
A Superconnector for your people, too.
Your business’s Superconnector turns your needs into invitations and pitches them to the right people’s Superconnectors. When a team member’s goal is really an opportunity, such as “we need speakers for the show”, it offers to publish it, with that person’s yes.
Tell us what you would publish.
We are building the first tools with the businesses that will use them. A person will reply.
